The Games Tab which will be called "Vegas" on Ladbrokes' website is the first step in the implementation of Playtech's complete turnkey solution for Ladbrokes and the commencement of migration work between the two companies. Such addition to the Ladbrokes website will feature 70 games but will offer Ladbrokes access to over 400 games and an easy launch process for any new games Ladbrokes would like to offer in the future.
The Games Tab, which is part of Playtech's open games solution, integrates Playtech games with third party games via a single platform. It also provides Ladbrokes with a cross-platform capability that includes the ability to see the entire player lifecycle across all games in the "Vegas" Games Tab.
In a competitive market such as gaming this is a tremendous advantage as it gives operators the data necessary to maximise player value via promotional tools. Game-specific bonuses, email campaigns and banners are just some of the tools available to operators on Playtech's complete player management solution, called the IMS.
Shay Segev, Playtech's COO, said, "We are very happy to commence the migration of Ladbrokes and offer it the Games Tab. The unique capabilities of the Tab that are backed by Playtech's IMS solution offer our operators benefits that are second to none. Not only can operators see the entire player experience across all platforms and games, they can also use consumer behaviour analytics to maximise player value. This definitely indicates the future of online gaming."
Playtech develops unified software platforms and content for the online and land-based gaming industry, together with providing a range of ancillary services such as marketing, hosting and CRM services.
The Group's capabilities enable the delivery of an integrated software or turnkey solution, with players accessing online, broadcast, mobile and server-based gaming terminals through a single account.
New licensees include existing online operators upgrading or diversifying their offering, land-based casino groups, government sponsored entities such as lotteries, and new entrants making their online gaming debut, particularly in newly-regulated markets.
Founded in 1999, Playtech is listed on the London Stock Exchange and has over 2,700 employees located in nine countries. Its leading gaming applications include casino, poker, bingo, sports betting, live, mobile and social gaming, casual and fixed odds games.
