If so, the intruder is greeted with a staggering 105 dB alarm, while the system dials up to 5 preset numbers and conveys a pre-recorded message (land line with tone dialing required). The recipient of the call then has the option to: listen in on the room, broadcast their voice through the system, or disarm the system.
The complete system comes with a base unit and AC adapter, window/door sensor (with wireless transmission up to 250 feet), a motion detector (8 yard range), and a remote control with built-in panic feature for arming and disarming the unit. The base unit also uses a 9-volt battery (not included) back-up in case of power failure.
