RICHARDSON, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 06/28/13 -- The days of formal dining aren't over, but when it comes to memorable meals, most people prefer good food, good company and good vibes, all of which are available at the Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel's Take 5 Lounge.
Offering a special Richardson dining experience, the Take 5 Lounge used the start of summer to rework its dinner menu, debuting its new dinner offerings in May 2013. Under the guidance of executive chef David Secrest, the new menu is "fearless," taking the ideas of traditional hotel fare and turning them on their side.
"Fresh produce and passion while preparing the meals from scratch are what sets the menu apart," Secrest says. Favorites on the new dinner menu include a bison carpaccio appetizer and an entree of fresh Chilean sea bass dressed with Asian vinaigrette and accompanied by wasabi-pickled ginger, smashed potatoes and sautéed oyster mushrooms.
The new dinner menu at this North Dallas restaurant is available from 5:30 to 11pm every evening. In addition to delicious food, the Take 5 Lounge offers a beautiful view overlooking Galatyn Fountains Plaza and a warm ambiance that's ideal for catching up with friends.
In addition to the Take 5 Lounge, this hotel near American Airlines Center offers two other dining venues. At Maestro's, breakfast, lunch and dinner are adventures with a menu of creative, eclectic dishes plus traditional favorites. For a morning or afternoon boost, Caffeina's brews Starbucks coffee and serves snacks, pastries and more.
