PGi Signs Managed Services Agreement for MetraTech's MetraNet(R)

WALTHAM, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/26/13 -- MetraTech Corp., the leading provider of Agreements-Based Billing™, commerce and compensation solutions, today announced that PGi (NYSE: PGI), a global leader in virtual meetings for more than 20 years, has signed a new, multi-year managed services agreement for its MetraNet® product. MetraTech's MetraNet will support PGi's global billing for its virtual meetings and cloud-based collaboration solutions. As part of the agreement, MetraTech will provide billing services for PGi's worldwide collaboration solutions. PGi will also implement MetraTech's new continuous delivery process, which automates the delivery of its enterprise software to reduce the time it takes to deploy changes and upgrades to the MetraNet environment.

Wainhouse Research forecasts that by 2016 the audio conferencing market will grow to $5 billion worldwide. Frost and Sullivan forecasts the web conferencing market will grow to $2.86 billion by 2016.
