EDEN PRAIRIE, MN -- (Marketwired) -- 05/06/13 -- MDI Achieve, provider of MatrixCare, the market-leading, certified Electronic Health Record solution for the long-term care and senior living continuum, today announced the launch of the MatrixCare Marketing iPad® app. This mobile app makes key MatrixCare Marketing (formerly REPS) functionality available to on-the-go users. Senior living provider sales and marketing staff can capture, access, and update information on leads, referrals, and follow-up activities anytime, anywhere, driving occupancy by avoiding delays in follow-up and key decisions.
MDI Achieve President John Damgaard commented, "MatrixCare Marketing iPad app is another example of ongoing innovations in our market-leading MatrixCare solution. It is the first of many native mobile apps that we'll be releasing to help our clients maximize the productivity of their staff and improve outcomes, both for their residents and their bottom line. MatrixCare is the only certified EHR solution that delivers robust functionality across the continuum of care. From lead management, through move-in to senior living communities or admissions to long-term care facilities, current and comprehensive resident data is available to the entire team of care providers to ensure superior clinical outcomes and quality of life."
Linda Smith, Director of Marketing Services for Lutheran Home, said, "The MatrixCare Marketing iPad app has the potential to be a great tool in my day! The ability to work from anywhere is tremendous. As I am on outreach appointments during the business day, I can access my data easily and in the evening I can sit on my couch and enter my information. MDI Achieve is working with clients to make it the best performing app it can be and I am confident that it will be an asset to our organization!"
MatrixCare Marketing users spend much of their time in the field visiting with prospective residents and conducting facility tours. The mobile app will allow them to add new leads, referrals and activities, update existing information, and view apartment availability reports. Leads and referrals can be captured at the time of contact, avoiding data entry errors and delays in follow-up and key decisions. Resident information can then be passed directly into the MatrixCare EHR system's move-in or pre-admissions process.
MatrixCare Marketing Mobile is currently being pilot tested and will be generally available in June 2013. Visit MDI Achieve at ALFA, booth 708, to see this exciting new mobile app.
