(OTCBB: SFOR) announced today that it has filed a Complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey seeking a declaratory judgment that (1) it does not infringe a patent for customer authentication technology owned by Authentify Patent Co., LLC ("Authentify"), and (2) the Authentify patent is invalid under the Patent Act.
