MISSION, KS -- (Marketwired) -- 05/23/13 -- (Family Features) With so many things to do in a day, it's easy to rush through the morning. But getting a smooth start can lead to a more productive day, leaving you feeling great and full of energy.
Here are a few simple tips to make the most of your morning:

Set Your Alarm Earlier - Think of what you can do with an extra 15 minutes added to your morning. Getting up earlier will set a relaxed tone for the day and could even get you to work on time. •Take Time for Breakfast - Your body and mind need fuel to get you through the morning, so set aside enough time to enjoy breakfast. Be sure your breakfast is complete with a variety of fresh fruit, whole grains and protein. Add some creamy goodness to eggs or whole wheat bagels with The Laughing Cow Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Spread. •Plan for Exercise - If you find it hard to break into a sweat in the wee hours of the morning, set out your workout gear in a visible spot before bed. Make sure you have everything you need ready -- shorts, tops, shoes, socks, a bottle of water and accessories. •Drink Water - Break the fast and rehydrate your body as soon as you wake up with at least 8 ounces of fresh, cold water. This will help flush out toxins stored from the night before, plus, it's the non-caffeinated way to begin your day.
