Reporting to Prem Chand, President and CEO, Rose has full responsibility for human resources, including talent acquisition, rewards and recognition, employee relations, benefits and compensation, and organizational and leadership development. Rose has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources leader in the public utility, engineering construction services, and renewable energy industries.

During her leadership tenure at Cupertino Electric, Inc., she oversaw the HR system implementation that supported the company's tenfold growth. Rose partnered with multiple senior leaders to sustain a culture driven by employee retention, engagement and high performance. Her accomplishments include: developing talent management strategies, building scalable processes for leadership cultivation, and creating culture focused on customer service. At Cupertino Electric, Rose created a formal leadership program that was featured in Chief Learning Officer magazine. In addition, Rose was instrumental in her previous employer achieving the "Best Place to Work" distinction for four consecutive years.
Rose holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University and an M.S. in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
