VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/10/13 -- Millrock Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: MRO) ("Millrock" or "the Company") announced today that the agreement with Bering Straits Native Corporation ("BSNC") subsidiary, Golden Glacier Inc. ("GGI") has been terminated. The lands associated with the agreement covered the Bluff project and a portion of the Council project, both of which had been a focus for gold exploration for the Company. Matt Ganley, BSNC Vice-President Resources and External Affairs noted, "BSNC and GGI appreciate the efforts of Millrock to advance the prospects, as well as the positive relationships developed with the region's communities...(and) BSNC wishes Millrock the best of luck with it's other outstanding projects."
