(TSX: HEG) ("Homeland" or the "Company") announces that the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has determined to delist the common shares of Homeland at the close of market on June 10, 2013 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of the TSX. As previously disclosed, the Company does not currently have an active business.
The Company has submitted an application to list for trading its common shares on the NEX. Listing of its common shares on the NEX is subject to acceptance by the NEX.
