TWO of the best of the new breed of British comedians come to Fowey Festival Of Words And Music on Monday, May 13.

Josh Widdicombe, star of Channel 4's Stand Up For The Week, Last Leg with Adam Hills and BBC1's Live At The Apollo, continues to tour his critically acclaimed show The Further Adventures Of... The show deals with Josh's inability to embrace adventure in his life, and his continued frustration with everything he comes into contact with. Unable to relax and enjoy life, Josh has instead decided it is everyone else that is at fault for his lack of enthusiasm for leaving the house. Since his first gig in January 2008 Josh has had a remarkable impact on the comedy circuit. In just four years he has been named Loaded Lafta Best Newcomer Nominee 2012, Foster's Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best Newcomer nominee 2011, Chortle Best Breakthrough Act nominee 2011, FHM Stand Up Hero winner 2010 (ITV4), Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2010.

He also hosts a weekend radio show on XFM.

. ? Comedy's fastest rising star Seann Walsh, pictured, will perform his hit show, Seann To Be Wild in Fowey.

Star of Channel 4's Stand Up For The Week, BBC1's Live At The Apollo and Dave's Argumental, Seann is a charming and charismatic natural-born observational storyteller, and one of the most frighteningly precocious talents to emerge from the UK comedy circuit in years.

Within two years of his first comedy performance Seann was the winner of the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year. Shortly after other accolades included, Chortle Best Breakthrough Act Nominee 2010 and Chortle Best Compere Nominee 2011.

He stars in his own television series Seann Walsh World on Comedy Central and will also appear later this year in Comedy Central's new original sitcom, Big Bad World.

The double-header takes place at the festival from 8pm to 10pm on May 13. See www.foweyfestival.com for ticket details.
