For consideration of up to US$800,000, Pethealth purchased the rights to administer and renew the 12,196 PurinaCare pet insurance policies from today's date forward.
Pethealth is North America's second largest provider of medical insurance for dogs and cats to pet owners, operating in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
