REDWOOD CITY, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/09/13 -- Turn (www.turn.com), the cloud marketing platform, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Joe Nemeth as its chief financial officer. The former vice president of corporate strategy and finance at Adobe brings more than 25 years of financial and technology experience to this new role.
"Joe Nemeth was critical in driving Adobe's financial and corporate development strategies and helping them scale to more than $4 billion in revenue," says Bill Demas, president and CEO, Turn. "His deep experience in software, technology, and in the investment community will accelerate the growth of Turn's SaaS business."
Turn launched its cloud marketing platform in 2009, and delivered almost 100% compound annual revenue growth through the end of 2012. The company was EBITDA positive in 2011 and 2012.
Nemeth was the number-two finance executive at Adobe for 13 years, helping the company scale to $4.4 billion in revenue, while more than doubling the company value.
