MCLEAN, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/02/13 -- Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it plans to issue a new seven-year USD Reference Notes® security, CUSIP number 3137EADR7, due on May 1, 2020. The issue will be priced on Wednesday, April 3, 2013, and will settle on Thursday, April 4, 2013, at benchmark size.
The new seven-year Reference Notes security will be offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets, and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. An application will be made to list the issue on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
