VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/05/13 -- Sniper Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: SIP) (the "Company") announces that Brent Petterson has advised the Company that he intends to pursue other interests and, as a result, is resigning as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective March 31, 2013. After March 31, 2013, he has agreed to remain in a consulting role as long as his services are required and to assist with transitional matters. The Company is in the process of contacting potential candidates for the CFO or interim CFO position, and will provide a further update before the end of the month.
