NASHVILLE, TN -- (Marketwire) -- 03/26/13 -- The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has named Heather Hubbard -- partner at Waller, Nashville's oldest and largest law firm -- to the 2013 Fellows Program. Hubbard will participate alongside the legal profession's top general counsels and managing partners in a landmark program created by the LCLD to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.

At Waller, Hubbard's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, including patents, trademarks and copyrights, and e-discovery and data management. She represents a wide range of clients across industries such as media, entertainment, manufacturing and information technology.
Hubbard is a member of the Tennessee, Nashville and American Bar Associations. She is a member of the Media Law Resource Center's Entertainment Law Committee, the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, Tennessee Leadership Law, Nashville Young Leader's Council, and the Society of Leaders in Development among others. Hubbard was recently named by the Nashville Business Journal as a "40 under 40" honoree.
Hubbard earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Louisville. She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University.
