TORONTO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/26/13 -- GreenLife Water is a water filtration system provider that believes clean drinking water is an issue that starts at the social level. This company encourages residents all over the world to support clean water efforts, such as those being discussed from March 18 to March 24 during Canada Water Week. According to the event's website, "Canada Water Week is a week-long celebration of water from coast-to-coast-to-coast, held annually in the third week of March to coincide with World Water Day on March 22."

Taking note of this national event, GreenLife Water encourages individual residents, corporate entities and local governments to get involved with the event and to focus on ways that they can help conserve water and protect Canadian bodies of water. In a recent press statement, GreenLife Water comments, "This year, Canada Water Week is focused on its campaign 'I Love My Water Body!' This campaign is important because it allows residents to gain a greater appreciation and understanding of the natural resources in which useable water comes from."

As a company that supports greater education of water preservation efforts and understanding of water usage, GreenLife Water encourages all Canadians to become familiar with and celebrate local resources, such as lakes and rivers that supply drinking water. The Canada Water Week website explains, "Our connections with our local waterways range from turning on the tap to brush our teeth, to jumping off a cottage dock on a hot summer day, to a pick-up game of hockey on the silver, smooth surface of one of our country's three million lakes."

In its press statement, GreenLife Water responds, "Natural water resources remain one of the most essential components of modern life. While it is important to help protect these bodies of water, we also believe that Canada Water Week will help inform people about what they are drinking. As residents become more educated about the safety of drinking water, we hope to see more families investing in whole-home water filtration systems that can help provide cleaner resources."

A new infographic from Canada Water Week strives to educate the public about water usage and preservation within the country. While the publication covers many areas of water consumption, GreenLife Water notes that the infographic can also help inform the community about the many ways that clean water is important. "From the food we eat to the clothes we wear, clean water resources and intelligent use impacts the continuation of Canadian society. It is important for citizens to understand just how much they use water, and how water filtration can improve every aspect of life," GreenLife Water concludes in its press statement.
