A class action lawsuit about YoPlus®-Branded Yogurt products sold through July 5, 2012, has been settled. The lawsuit alleges that General Mills and Yoplait USA ("Defendants") falsely advertised the digestive health benefits of its YoPlus® yogurt products. The Settlement is not an admission of wrongdoing. The Court has not decided who is right and who is wrong. Instead, the parties decided to settle the dispute.
