LEVITTOWN, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 03/25/13 -- Far Vista Interactive Corp (OTC Pink: FVSTA) announces that it has changed its corporate name to Far Vista Petroleum Corp in order to reflect its business ventures in the oil business. The Company recently added this new division to its current operations.
It signed a Letter of Intent with CJSC Chedty Neft Neft by which it intends to acquire its outstanding shares. Chedty Neft Neft is an oil producer with proven oil reserves in the Federation of Russia.
The parties have previously exchanged pertinent documents and information as part of the general due diligence process. This verification process has been completed to the satisfaction of all parties and the documentation and legal steps to finalize the acquisition shall be completed within a very short period.
