("Bohong") has advised that it is continuing to work with China Development Bank Corporation ("CDB") toward finalizing definitive loan documents in connection with the previously-announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") pursuant to which Bohong, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, will acquire all of the issued and outstanding capital of Wescast. Bohong has advised Wescast that it expects that the financing documents will be entered into early next week. Wescast will provide an update on the expected closing date of the Arrangement at that time.
