
AUSTIN, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 03/19/13 -- Omni Water Solutions, Inc., a provider of highly automated mobile water systems for water treatment and re-use, announced today that Kirk Patterson has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Patterson brings over 30 years of corporate finance experience within leading technology companies and major oil and gas corporations.
Kirk Patterson joins Omni after 10 years at Entorian Technologies (formerly Staktek Holdings), where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. While at Entorian, a publicly traded company which provided ruggedized mobile and server computing solutions for use in harsh, demanding environments, he played a key role in the company's IPO in February 2004, managed SEC reporting, led investor relations, and actively participated in M&A activities. Prior to Entorian, Mr. Patterson served as Acting Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Cirrus Logic, Inc., a publicly traded corporation that develops mixed-signal integrated circuits. Earlier in his career, Mr. Patterson spent 20 years in primarily upstream finance and accounting positions while at BP Corporation (formerly Amoco Corporation), where he had a variety of responsibilities including strategic planning, capital allocation, financial analysis, and accounting operations.
