Alimak raising in addition to Alimak mining is one of the safest and most cost effective methods of developing escape ways, ventilation shafts, and more. The Alimak method raises between levels by drilling, loading and blasting from a platform on the Raise Climber, which is adapted to fit the precise dimensions and shape of the raise.
