Chunghwa Telecom has adopted a comprehensive solution from Radvision, with the Scopia Elite Multipoint Conferencing Unit (MCU) as the core of its cloud-based video conferencing platform. Scopia Elite MCUs can effectively support both telepresence style in-room video conferencing and convenient desktop and mobile video communications, or a combination of all. The Scopia Elite MCU can provide smooth video streaming even when the company's network is not running at its best, thanks to its standards-based scalable video coding (SVC).

End users can install Scopia Desktop and Scopia Mobile on their Macs, PCs, iPhone, iPad, and Android devices and enjoy convenient on-demand video communications at any time and from any location.
