CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/15/13 -- PHX Energy Services Corp. (TSX: PHX) ("PHX Energy" or the "Corporation") announces that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per common share designated as an "eligible dividend" within the meaning of subsection 89(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and payable on April 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2013. The ex-dividend date is March 27, 2013.
