"Total revenues of $1.1 billion increased 9.4% versus the prior year, and are the highest in the company's history. As compared to 2011, box office revenues of $638.3 million increased 10.6%, concession revenues of $329.3 million increased 12.9%, resulting in adjusted EBITDA of $200.5 million, an increase of 15.8% and net income of $120.5 million, an increase of 144.6%. Theatre attendance reached a new all-time high of 71.2 million, an increase of 7.8% versus 2011."
