VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/28/13 -- CARIBOU KING RESOURCES LTD. ("Caribou" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CKR)(FRANKFURT: CB8) is pleased to announce the addition of Michel Boily M.Sc. Ph.D. P.Geo to its advisory board. Dr. Boily is an expert geochemist and metallogenist specializing in the interpretation of precious and rare metal deposits of Precambrian volcano-plutonic terranes. He also conducted exploration and technical evaluation of gold and base metals properties located in Archean greenstone belts of Quebec, in the Anti-Atlas Proterozoic windows of Morocco, in Northern Mexico and Argentina. Dr. Boily graduated from the Universite de Montreal in 1988 with a PhD in geochemistry. Since 1984, Dr. Boily has been the author of various publications in international scientific journals and has written numerous technical reports. Dr. Boily is currently a registered Professional Geologist in good standing with l'Ordre des Geologues du Quebec.

The Company is very pleased with its new acquisition of graphite properties, all located within the prospective Central Metasedimentary Belt of the Grenville Geologic Province known for its numerous occurrences of graphite prospects and past producing mines. The presence of crystalline extra-large flakes at the TAC property both at the surface and in drill core material (apparent thickness of 2 to 47 m, see PR dated February 25th, 2013) indicates a potential for developing a mineral resource which could bring a premium price in the graphite commodity market.

The technical content of this release was approved by Michel Boily, M.Sc. Ph.D. P.Geo. Dr. Boily is a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. The properties have not been the subject of a National Instrument 43-101 report.
