SALEM, NH -- (Marketwire) -- 02/28/13 -- Andreas Mueller, president and CEO of nora systems, Inc., North America, has been named a managing director of German-based nora systems GmbH, global market leader for rubber floor coverings and floor covering systems.

In his new position on nora's board of directors, Mr. Mueller will provide leadership for the company along with Director Christa Hoffmann. Mr. Mueller's responsibilities include sales, marketing and technical activities worldwide. In addition, he will retain his current leadership position with nora's North American operations.

Mr. Mueller joined nora North America in 1996 as a key account manager. Since then, he has held various positions with the company, including national market segment manager and vice president of sales, before being named president and CEO in 2009.
