("Midland") (TSX VENTURE: MD) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to employees, directors, officers and consultants of Midland to acquire an aggregate of 345,000 common shares at $1.25 per share, for a period of 10 years. These incentive stock options have been granted in accordance with Midland's Stock Option Plan.
Midland targets the excellent mineral potential and the favourable investment climate of Quebec to make the discovery of new world-class deposits of gold, base metals and rare earth elements.
