LONDON, ENGLAND and BAIE VERTE, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR -- (Marketwire) -- 02/21/13 -- Rambler Metals and Mining plc (TSX VENTURE: RAB)(AIM: RMM) ('Rambler' or the 'Company') would like to announce that Non-Executive Director Mr. Merfyn Roberts has resigned from the Rambler Board of Directors effective on 20 February 2013.
The Rambler Board will have eight (8) remaining Executive and Non-Executive Directors with significant mining, commercial, financing and investing experience. This Board position vacated by Merfyn Roberts will not be replaced at this stage.
