These Integration Point leaders -- Alan Drake, Lani Hawks, and Ken Peters -- have made significant contributions to improving the global supply chain. Mr. Drake is a Director of Client Services at Integration Point, and leads the team that works on trade zone automation. He is a licensed Customs Broker, with over 25 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight management, consulting, zone operations and software implementations. Ms. Hawks is a Senior Developer at Integration Point, has over 25 years of experience in application programming, and has led the development efforts for trade automation such as e214, Importer Security Filing or 10+2, QP/WP, QX/WX, Drawback summary claims, and the move to US Customs and Border Protection's Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). Under Ms. Hawks' guidance, Integration Point was the first trade participant to go live with the new ACE In-Bond program. Mr. Peters is the Director of Global Solutions at Integration Point and has over 20 years of experience in the global trade compliance industry with extensive knowledge of supply chain management and international logistics. In his role at Integration Point, Mr. Peters oversees all aspects of design, development and marketing of the Export Management suite of products deployed across the world.
