CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/20/13 -- Atikwa Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ATK) ("Atikwa" or the "Company") today announced that it will hold a special meeting of shareholders on April 24, 2013.
