TORONTO, ONTARIO and EASLEY, SOUTH CAROLINA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/14/13 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) and its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation ("Harris") announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which the Technology and Cloud solution assets of the previously acquired Computer Software Innovations, Inc. ("CSWI") have been sold to Encore Technology Group ("Encore").

Harris remains committed to the development and sale of the internally developed software acquired in the CSWI acquisition. Harris will continue to support all software customers on their existing solutions from the Easley, SC office. In the transaction, Encore acquires the Technology and Cloud business that focuses on the sale and distribution of computers, network and communications hardware, and interactive collaborative classroom technologies.
