Joining OAISYS are telecom industry veterans Tom Berk as director of product development and Terry Buffard as product strategist. Berk, most recently with Mitel Networks, brings more than 25 years of progressive managerial experience in business communications technology strategic planning, development and implementation. While serving as Product Leader / R&D Director at Mitel, he was critical to the development of the company's Mitel® 5000 Communications Platform (CP), targeted to the SMB market. He contributed to the growth sales of that product by 60 percent over a three-year period.
Buffard, previously with dvsAnalytics, brings to OAISYS extensive product management experience with a strong background in market research, competitive analysis and strategic and tactical product planning. In his most recent position with dvsAnalytics, he held a diverse array of responsibilities in the areas of product management, sales engineering and business development.
