SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/12/13 -- JadooTV, Inc., a global leader in the South Asian content consumption market, today announced that Rick Bottomley has joined the company as its chief financial officer. In his new role, Mr. Bottomley will be responsible for the company's global finances, accounting and tax strategies, as well as helping to evaluate business opportunities and strategies.

Mr. Bottomley joins JadooTV from AWR Corporation, a leader of high-frequency EDA tools, where he served as CFO, and was an integral part of the company's growth and recent sale to National Instruments. Mr. Bottomley has also held senior financial positions in several private and public companies, including companies listed on the NASDAQ and the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Bottomley began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP, where he worked on the IPO's of several high-growth technology companies. Mr. Bottomley holds a BS degree in Accounting and Business Computer Information Systems from California State University, Stanislaus, and is a certified public accountant.
