New KF60 flexible crankshaft tape polisher is designed to handle low-volume, high-changeover applications as well as high-volume applications. It's designed to handle both three-cylinder and four-cylinder crankshafts without a need for changeover. Each finishing arm is individually controlled, providing more capability to adjust the process individually for each journal. With arm packages mounted on the servo slide, it is possible to stitch from journal to journal, minimizing the number of arms needed to finish the crankshaft. This is especially beneficial in low-volume environments: not only is the initial investment lower, the amount of time it takes to change over is significantly reduced. Roughing and finishing operations can be performed in one station, without affording the same benefits as a two-level polisher.

Portable Metrology Stands
TetraLock and TetraLock Lite have a prestressed tetrahedron design, a pyramid-like structure, are made from aluminum and stainless steel and include a choice of thread mount, pad feet and a duffel-style carrying bag. Stands are well suited for PCMMs and survey instrumentation weighing up to 125 lb (56 kg). The TetraLock stand weighs just over 20 lb (9 kg) with a maximum height of 47" (1195 mm) and maximum footprint of 50" (1270 mm). PSB-20 series grippers feature a small, flat design that decreases collision risk and reduces weight to achieve increased stroke rates. High clamping force and a self-locking feature ensure higher production safety. These pneumatic grippers also have bi-parting parallel jaws. Fine Particulate Filtration
The Prab Candle Filter is a one-micron filtration unit for fine particulate removal from spent oil and coolant. Specifically engineered for EDM, tungsten-carbide tool and cutter grinding, honing, and precision grinding applications, the filter affords 85% less maintenance over other filtration methods. This means changing the sludge bag every four months versus every two weeks for most machining and grinding applications. The system's candle-like filter element is composed of thousands of thin disks that are compressed tightly by a spring. When dirty fluid passes through the tiny gaps between the disks, all particles one micron and larger are trapped on the outside edges of the filter element. The filter is automatically cleaned by a rapid backwash cycle. This cycle uses air to blow out particles trapped on the discs and then purges them into a sludge collecting basket. The Candle Filter offers flow rates ranging from 13 to 80 gpm (49-303 l/min).

ESAB's new TXH torches have a highly ergonomic design, are convenient to operate, and produce high-quality results in all common GTAW applications. The torches are designed for use with ESAB GTAW machines that have an OKC connection, including ESAB Caddy Arc, Caddy Tig, and Heliarc 281 i, 283i and 353i models.
