Shell merged its decentralised Downstream credit activities and formed a global organisation in 2006 and has structured itself to meet the constant changes faced in the global economic environment. It has established itself and is viewed by the business as an equal are the best in the industry.

We're not complacent and we'll do more to ensure we continue to stand alongside the very best in this sector.

Not only because it's useful to share best practice, but the insight and guidance provided by the ICM is useful to challenge the status quo and achieve a continued commitment to excellence."
