Kenya's property exhibition, The Property and Home Living Expo, has set its sights on the multi-billion regional property development and investment market. Banking on the country's geographical position as a regional logistical hub to attract new regional property developers, the Expo will tap into Nairobi's advantages as an entry strategy and key logistical launching pad into East Africa , to link regional property developers with the large international community in Nairobi . Announcing that the 12th Edition of the expo will run from February 20-24, 2014 , at the Sarit Centre in Nairobi , event director Mr Abdi Juma said the country's property market growth and high net worth portfolio of clientÈle makes it ripe for both regional developers and investors to exploit. "The presence of organisations such as the United Nations office in Gigiri elevates the capital's stature, thereby boosting confidence among high net worth investors. It's stature as a regional logistical hub is set to drive exponential growth in Kenya's prime residential market through," Mr Juma said. He added that the projects to be showcased are have many advantages, since they are located in good areas with good infrastructure. NEW ENTRANTS Options open to visitors will include ready-for-occupation villas, premier villas, real estate investment alternatives and financing options in addition to offices, residential flats and premium villas. Among the new properties to be showcased are Sifa Towers on the junction of Lenana and Ring roads , and Rivera Towers on Lenana Road . Nairobi's Developers.
