Chris' representative Nicole Perna says the 24-year-old singer will continue treatment for anger issues as an outpatient in Los Angeles and "appreciates all of your encouragement and support."
He entered rehab voluntarily after his arrest in Washington, D.C., following a fight with a man that led to a misdemeanor assault charge that puts Chris' probation in jeopardy.
Perna says Chris is working on the community-service requirement of the deal he agreed to after pleading guilty to attacking then- girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.
Brown faces four years in prison if a judge decides to revoke his probation a second time. A judge briefly revoked it in August after a hit-and-run, and ordered him to perform an additional 1,000 hours of community service.

Road titan Bon Jovi has won top honors at the Billboard Touring Awards, and George Strait has been named the 2013 Legend of Live.
Bon Jovi took the top tour award as the highest-grossing tour and the top draw award as the best-selling road show of the year at a Nov. 14 ceremony in New York honoring the concert industry's top artists, venues and professionals.
One Direction won the magazine's breakthrough award, Taylor Swift won for the best package tour and The Rolling Stones and Citi won the best concert marketing & promotion award for their collaboration on the 50 & Counting Tour.

British police say veteran folk singer-songwriter Roy Harper has been charged with sexual offenses against an underage girl during the 1970s.
Roy, who has performed with acts including Pink Floyd, faces five charges, including unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under 13, indecent assault and gross indecency with a girl under 14.
Police said Nov. 15 that the alleged offenses took place from 1975 to 1977 and involve one victim.
The West Mercia force says 72-year-old Roy is due to appear in court Nov. 18.
Roy, who has released more than 30 albums, provided vocals for the Pink Floyd track "Have a Cigar" and inspired the Led Zeppelin song "Hats Off to (Roy) Harper." -- AP,Jeter forms book imprint
Derek Jeter is trying out a new game -- publishing.
The New York Yankees superstar is forming his own imprint, Jeter Publishing, in partnership with Simon & Schuster. The imprint will feature a wide range of sports-themed and pop-culture books, from picture stories to nonfiction releases for adults.
Simon & Schuster announced the imprint Nov. 14, and said Derek will draw upon his many friendships in the sports world and use the "trust factor" to attract authors.
Derek, who turns 40 next year, is one of the top brand names from the sports world, an almost certain Hall of Famer untouched by scandal.
In a statement issued by Simon & Schuster, Derek said he looked forward to working on books that share "insights" from himself and others.

Jake Gyllenhaal needed stitches after shooting an intense scene for the film "Nightcrawler."
A spokeswoman for Jake says the 32-year-old actor returned to work Nov. 14 for a final day of filming after a few hours in the emergency room.
The spokeswoman said Jake was in character Nov. 13 when he hit a mirror, which unexpectedly broke and cut his hand. She said it was "badly cut up" and required "numerous stiches."
"Nightcrawler" is a crime drama also starring Rene Russo and Bill Paxton. The film is set for release next year.
