“Since I started watching movies on my iPhone and iPad in flight, I had neck pain and headaches from having my head forward, facing down for hours on end,” explained Franklin. “The idea of combining a periscope with eyeglasses led me to the development of the i90 Tablet Glasses, and they work great for watching videos, gaming or reading.”

Franklin hopes the i90 Tablet Glasses will become the next “must-have” travel gadget and he finds that they are a great conversation starter in flight.
“Every time I wear a pair of the prototype glasses on a flight, at least two or three people ask me about the glasses, how they work, and where they can get a pair,” said Franklin. “For the last six months I’ve been responding, ‘look for us on Kickstarter-- we’re launching this fall.’”
i90 Tablet Glasses are constructed with high-quality aluminum and are available in eight colors. They are wide enough to fit over most reading glasses, and the bendable temple pieces enable a customized fit for people of all ages and sizes.
