We should have sound policies for youth development to help young people acquire social, moral, physical, spiritual, cognitive and emotional competencies. The policies for youth must have concrete mechanisms for economic, social and political empowerment of the youth. The policies must envisage new business ideas and entrepreneurship. The policies must enable an environment to facilitate the youth in exploiting its full potential to access facilities and socio-economic opportunities for its development.

Forces in Change Management are Strategists and Policy Makers, Teachers, Service Sector and last and the most important is Youth and Students.
The unabated human economy problem in our country is because the unemployed, uneducated and untrained young people who are large in number in our society whereas educated, trained, part of positive human economy young people are less in number in our society. This is what must be addressed sooner rather than later to take the country to the heights of success.
Let’s categorize underprivileged and privileged youth and see what must be done in this regard for and by both the categories of youth.
Following must be done for the underprivileged:
Mandatory Trade and Vocational Education.
Trade Certification recognition.
Stipend through government funded programs.
Employment Exchanges/Vouchers for Education and training.
The Privileged must do the following:
Mandatory Social internship so that they may understand what are the problems of the society as such.
They must serve by working on community service – education, training, social activism
Monitoring by grants and social impact.
There is need for quality education for Masses, which should be done by: Distance Education using ICT tools.
Connecting Professors with real social issues.
Mentored Social networking.
Local language support
