Ministry of Justice, Prison and Probation Service, Corporate IT is responsible for the operation, support, project management, architecture, security, testing, advice on parts of the Ministry of Justice. Prison and Probation Service, Group IT services currently approx. 8000 users within the policy area, and the daily contact with users is handled by Corporate IT Service Desk. Corporate IT is also responsible for maintenance of all jobs and printers. Corporate IT has therefore required to purchase and maintain hardware (PCs, monitors and printers) and to oversee deployment of hardware for all of Group IT~s business areas within the Ministry of Justice. In the case of map data in different parts of Denmark. In performance of these duties, the Prison and Probation Service needed 1 Consultancy to physically manning the Corporate IT~s Service Desk at your location (on-site). Service Desk is Corporate IT~s SPOC (Single Point of Contact) where all requests from users within Corporate IT~s responsibility will be recorded, and as far as possible discussed and resolved. Service Desk is user input to Corporate IT and represents the entire Group IT in touch with users. Service Desk is primarily responsible for Corporate IT~s 1 st level support. These are tasks related to user support, management of incidents and service requests from users and escalation to 2 nd line support. 2 Assistance for the administration and management of Corporate IT~s warranty agreements on. purchased hardware and assistance in the deployment of new hardware. The assistance includes : Non-contact to the concrete suppliers of hardware and ensuring that the hardware is at fault messages will be rectified in accordance with the applicable guarantee agreements. If a concrete repairs not covered by the applicable warranty, the chosen supplier could even do the repair. b After agreement with the Prison and Probation Service, rollout of new hardware for users, including the safeguarding of transporting replaced and faulty hardware.
