Quattro Development’s existing phone system was negatively impacting its operations. For example, employees could not perform basic communication tasks and the existing service provider was unresponsive to the company’s requirements.
To improve operations, One Stop Voice installed a hosted VoIP phone system. The installation included a QoS (Quality of Service) router to ensure the highest call quality levels, an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) application, as well as advanced call routing and call forwarding features.
