Marketing-driven design firm Rock Candy Media announces the launch of KnowBuddy, a social service app that provides an alternative to traditional focus group research with a dash of fun.
The KnowBuddy app lets users deploy quiz or survey functionality directly on Facebook. Clients can use it to gather important feedback about products or services or to spur audience engagement by offering a little entertainment. Unlike traditional focus groups or stand-alone surveys, KnowBuddy seamlessly blends in with the social activities that people do every day.
