Success Accelerators has announced a plan to conduct research and investigate how businesses can better leverage their CRM to increase productivity, sales, service and marketing automation. Following the one month general survey period, in-depth interviews and round-table discussions will be held to further explore trends, best practices and common challenges across a range of CRM tools.
