Creative Information Technology, Inc. (CITI) said that its manageID, a family of configurable Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) software products, will be featured at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Ninth Symposium and Exhibition, being held October 22-24, in Montreal.
CITI (along with partners Alutiiq and KIS) will present the Automated Border Control (ABC) solution, powered by manageID, and configured for the government of Mexico, the Company noted in a release.
CITI said that this customer will soon deploy several CITI- developed ICAM solutions. The Team is installing biometric capture and verification equipment, running manageID, for Mexico's new Southern Border Initiative. The manageID-powered Global Entry Mexico (GEM) solution (14 kiosks to be deployed at 3 international airports) will soon enable U.S. Citizens (enrolled in Global Entry USA) and Mexican Citizens entering Mexico to take advantage of the same benefits that Global Entry USA provides to enrollees entering the U.S.
"I am excited at the prospect of our manageID product getting the larger global exposure it deserves at this ICAO conference," remarked Sunil Kolhekar, CITI President and CEO.
CITI said that manageID supports a variety of commercial technologies including biometrics (face, finger, iris, signature, etc.) as well as ID storage and credential technologies (magnetic stripe, barcode, RFID / smart chip, etc.). CITI'sICAM product offers vendor and technology neutrality; adheres to key industry best-practices and standards; supports interoperability and delivery as a shared resource for multiple agencies or organizations utilizing dissimilar but connected systems; and integrates with legacy systems. Disparate workflows can be managed via web services and other methods. Additionally, manageID can create, issue, and process credentials needed for almost any market including all forms of MRTDs (e.g., ePassports, eVisas or Biometric Visas, and Machine Readable Visas); Trusted Traveler programs; National ID and Voter Registration programs; Weapons Permit issuing programs; Health Care Identity initiatives; and customer loyalty programs.
