In her role, Unruh will support large organizational change initiatives, HR strategy and transformation efforts and will advise CEOs, senior HR and senior executives.

In both companies, she was known as a visionary and pragmatic HR executive with the ability to drive complex organizational change.

At Levi Strauss, Unruh was responsible for the apparel firm's worldwide HR function with regional headquarters in San Francisco, Brussels and Singapore, and offices in 42 countries. She collaborated with the CEO and executive team to determine vision and strategy, and designed and led initiatives that transformed business and human resource operations.
