Fairmont Heritage Place, The Palm features 10 residences sold in 1/13th fractions. Located within the penthouse levels of the newly opened Fairmont The Palm hotel, the residences range from one-bedroom units averaging 1,550 square feet to two-bedroom units averaging 2,400 square feet.
