BOCA RATON, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 01/10/13 -- Noble Financial Capital Markets (Noble) will host its ninth annual equity conference in two weeks on January 22-23, 2013 at the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood (seven minutes from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport), Florida. Executives from as many as 140 public companies will make formal presentations on the operational and financial position of their organizations to institutional investors from all across North America. Four tracts of corporate presentations will run simultaneously in half-hour intervals, in addition to scheduled private meetings and sector breakout sessions. 2013 will be the first year that Noble will feature these sector-specific breakouts.

"We are always looking for new ways to stimulate dialogue at our conferences," said Mark Pinvidic, Noble's Managing Partner. "Unlike the formal presentations, these new breakouts offer investors an opportunity to get to know these executives in a more informal, one-on-one environment." Five breakout sessions are scheduled over the two-day conference.

Another opportunity for investors to meet with executives in a more casual setting is at the Tuesday evening networking event. Betty Liu, news anchor and host of Bloomberg Television's In The Loop will kick off the event with the mayor of Fort Lauderdale, Jack Seiler and Bob Swindell, CEO of Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward Economic Development Alliance joining conference delegates at the offsite venue. As in past years, Noble does not divulge the location of the event but promises that it will be, once again, a part of the agenda that should not be missed.

Although very little time remains before the conference, Noble holds a few "slots" open for interesting companies that may arise at the last minute. "Our analysts have spent months identifying companies that they believe will be of significant interest to investors," said Michael Kupinski, Noble's Director of Research. "Regardless of how thorough they are, there could always be overlooked companies with great stories that we will try and accommodate right up to conference time," he said.
