
CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/10/13 -- Diana Moes has resigned as Eaglewood Energy Inc.'s (TSX VENTURE: EWD) Controller and interim Chief Financial Officer, a move that had been contemplated for some time as Ms. Moes is relocating to Edmonton. She has been with Eaglewood Energy since October 2010 and has made a meaningful contribution to the success of the Company. She has agreed to remain in a consulting role as long as her services are required. The Board and management of Eaglewood would like to thank Diana for her contribution over the past years and wish her the best of luck in her future endeavours.
Ross Jones will become Eaglewood's Controller and interim CFO, taking over Ms. Moes's duties. Ross has extensive experience in accounting and finance roles with various energy companies as an employee and as a consultant. His experience includes public and private companies, domestic and international. Eaglewood is a junior Canadian oil and gas exploration company that trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "EWD".
