Brickfish, a social media marketing technology platform, is today kicking off Social Media Week Chicago as the City Sponsor.
This premier global social media event is occurring concurrently in 14 different locations throughout the globe. The event in Chicago is taking place from Sept. 24 to Sept. 28 with a theme of "Empowering Change Through Collaboration."
Brickfish is also hosting keynote speaker Erik Qualman (twitter.com/equalman), a notable authority on social media trends, and the author of the books Socialnomics and Digital Leader. He is speaking in the "Business & Entrepreneurship" category on Tuesday, Sept. 25 from 11 a.m. to noon at the Huron Room of the Tribune Tower.
